I had a great experience at Symphony Style Hotel. Everything went smoothly from the first moment till the last. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and never let me down — they did their best to be fast, helpful, and understanding of my needs. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient. I truly appreciated their warm attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The hotel is truly excellent, offering a wonderful 5-star experience. I enjoyed the hospitality services with my son. There is a single swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, but unfortunately, no lifeguard on duty. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, and the same restaurant offers reasonably priced lunch and dinner buffets with a 25% discount for hotel guests. The front desk staff are very professional and courteous. I would like to especially thank Nemuka for the warm welcome and for facilitating our early check-in on the first day due to room availability. The hotel has its own mall, though it lacks dining options. However, Sultan Center and Lulu Hypermarket are conveniently located nearby, and major shopping areas are just a short distance from the hotel.

With my family we stayed at Symphony Style Hotel in Kuwait on a weekend away from home, and it was really amazing! The hotel is big, beautiful, and very fancy, colourful too! The best part was the sea view. We could see the ocean from our window, and it looked so cool, in the morning and afternoon. The view was from 12th floor. The food was super yummy. Every meal tasted great, and there were lots of different things to try, great variety nice and tasty! The people who work at the hotel were very nice and always smiling. One person named Jessica was extra special. She was really kind and helpful, and she made sure we were happy all the time. We loved staying at this hotel and hope we can go back again one day!

The design and colours of the hotel were fantastic. We appreciated the kind gesture of the cleaning staff in the room. Location is very convenient, there's a mall attached to it. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel, gym and swimming pool were great.

The Symphony Hotel provided an exceptional backdrop for our family vacation. 1.I liked how Sureesh prepared a surprise decoration for our room in the 16th floor. 2. I liked how the hotel handled the electricity outage from the electricity company with full professionalism. I thought that it would be a bad experience but the hotel made it worth it and we didn't feel anything.

My favourite hotel in Kuwait for this price range. amazing location, very clean, close to everything. Staff is extremely kind, supportive and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Kamal, Nenuka and Jaro. The Spa is very good. Breakfast is good.
